The Raleigh County Adult Learning Center works closely with WorkForce West Virginia, the Division of Rehabilitation Services, and the Department of Health and Human Services to provide workplace education classes that provide customized basic skill programs, ACT WorkKeys job profiling, and/or pre-employment LINKS (Lifelong Instruction in New Knowledge and Skills) programs for new or expanding industries.
